Cookie Policy
What are cookies?
A cookie is a file that is downloaded to your computer when you access certain websites. Cookies enable a website, among other things, to store and retrieve information about the browsing habits of a user or their computer and, depending on the information they contain and the way you use your computer, they can be used to recognise the user.
This website uses cookies and/or similar technologies that store and retrieve information when you browse. In general, these technologies can serve a variety of purposes, such as recognising you as a user, obtaining information about your browsing habits, or customising the way content is displayed.
Depending on their duration, we can distinguish between two types:
Session cookies: these are designed to collect and store data while the user accesses a website. They are usually used to store information that is only relevant for the provision of the service requested by the user on a single occasion (for example, a list of products purchased) and disappear at the end of the session.
Persistent cookies: these are cookies in which the data remains stored on the terminal and can be accessed and processed for a period defined by the cookie manager, which can range from a few minutes to several years.
Depending on their purpose, we can find the following:
Technical cookies: These are cookies that allow the user to browse a website, platform or application and use the various options or services available on it, including those that the publisher uses to enable the management and operation of the website and enable its functions and services, such as, for example, identifying the session, remembering the items included in an order, storing content for the dissemination of videos or sound, enabling dynamic content (e.g. animation of text or image loading) or sharing content via social networks. This type of cookie does not require the user’s consent, as they are simply functional in nature.
Analysis cookies: These are cookies that, when processed by us or by third parties, allow us to quantify the number of users and thus carry out statistical measurement and analysis of how users use the service offered. To do this, we analyse your browsing on our website in order to improve the range of products or services we offer you.
Personalisation cookies: These allow the user to access the service with some general characteristics predefined according to a series of criteria in the user’s terminal, such as the language or type of browser through which they connect to the service.
Advertising cookies: These are cookies that, whether processed by this website or by third parties, allow the advertising space on the website to be managed as effectively as possible, tailoring the content of the advertisement to the content of the service requested or to the use you make of our website. To do this, we may analyse your Internet browsing habits and show you advertising related to your browsing profile.
Behavioural advertising cookies: These cookies enable the most effective management of the advertising spaces that, where applicable, the publisher has included on a website, application or platform from which it provides the requested service. These types of cookies store information on visitor behaviour obtained through continuous observation of their browsing habits, enabling a specific profile to be developed in order to display advertising based on that profile.
Third-party cookies
Analysis cookies: these allow us to quantify the number of users and thus carry out statistical measurement and analysis of how users use the service offered. To do this, we analyse your browsing on our website in order to improve the range of products or services we offer you.
